Hank Snow holds the record of being the oldest country performer ever to have a number one hit. At the age of sixty one his greatest songs, "Hello Love” was recorded. Hank had the honor of being asked to perform for many heads of state and in 1994 received an honorary doctorate from St. Mary’s University, Halifax, Nova Scotia.
